These photographs show off the vibrancy of the continent’s plant-based cooking

As meat-free eating rises in popularity, along with a desire to try something new (and perhaps Instagram-worthy), this is a beautiful collection of images, both the recipes it inspires and the pictures that it contains.
There’s a hearty amaranth leaf stew from South Africa, a warming pumpkin soup from Rwanda, delicious jollof rice from Ghana and slow-cooked Moroccan tagines – and of course many more besides.

The design of the book is as vibrant as the food, while the photographs by Lichuwani Ravele display just how beautiful and interesting plant-based food can be.
Delicious!
